1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking, scheduling, or using any service provided by Stewart's Auto Care LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Stewart's Auto Care LLC provides professional auto detailing, ceramic coating, marine detailing, wheel repair, fleet washing, and related services. All services are performed at our facility in Pennsauken, NJ or at customer locations via mobile service, as arranged at the time of booking.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment is due upon completion of services, before the vehicle is released.
We accept cash, credit/debit card, Zelle, Venmo, and CashApp (business accounts only).
Deposits may be required for certain services and are non-refundable within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
Invoices not settled at time of service are subject to a $25 late fee after 48 hours.
Returned or declined payments will incur a $35 returned payment fee.
We reserve the right to place a lien on any vehicle held on our premises for non-payment.

4. Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged a fee of up to $50 or the deposit amount, whichever is greater.
Mobile appointments cancelled due to inaccessible locations upon arrival are subject to a travel fee.
Stewart's Auto Care LLC reserves the right to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Pre-Existing Damage

Stewart's Auto Care LLC is not responsible for any pre-existing damage, defects, scratches, dents, paint chips, rust, fading, stains, or other conditions present on the vehicle before service begins. All pre-existing damage will be documented before work starts. By booking services, you acknowledge that pre-existing conditions are not the liability of Stewart's Auto Care LLC.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of services rendered for that appointment. We are not liable for:

Damage caused by pre-existing paint defects or aftermarket modifications
Personal items left in the vehicle
Mechanical issues discovered during the detailing process
Acts of nature while the vehicle is on our premises
Claims made more than 48 hours after service completion

7. Membership Plans

Membership plans (The Club Series) are auto-billed monthly. Cancellations must be made before the next billing date. Unused monthly services do not roll over. Stewart's Auto Care LLC reserves the right to modify membership pricing with 30 days notice.

8. Vehicle Drop-Off & Storage

Vehicles must be picked up within 24 hours of service completion notification. A storage fee of $25 per day applies beyond the 24-hour pickup window. Stewart's Auto Care LLC is not responsible for vehicles left on premises beyond the agreed pickup time.

9. Photography

We may photograph vehicles before, during, and after service for quality control and marketing purposes. By booking services, you consent to vehicle photography. If you do not consent, you must notify us in writing before your appointment.

10. Right to Refuse Service

Stewart's Auto Care LLC reserves the right to refuse service on any vehicle deemed unsafe, hazardous, or presenting biohazard conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Jersey.
